Do you ship outside Australia?
Not currently. We dispatch Australia wide only.
How much is shipping, and can I get free shipping?
A flat $7.99 per order. Orders of $89 or more ship free automatically at checkout.
Can I buy a decorative axe if I am under 18?
No. Axe sales are restricted to verified adults under the Weapons Act 1999 (WA), which classifies axes as an edged weapon. Verification is completed before dispatch. See our 18+ Axe Sales page for details.
Are the materials described accurately?
We describe finish and material as plainly as we can — for example “silver-tone” rather than implying a precious metal we cannot confirm. If a description is unclear, ask before you buy.
What if my order arrives faulty or wrong?
You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Email us with your order number and a photo, and we will sort it out. See our Returns page.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
No. Dinkum Viking does not offer change-of-mind returns, exchanges or store credit. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law for faulty, unsafe or misdescribed products are unaffected. See our Returns policy.
